About

Dr. Gerald Smith is a retired school psychologist whose current interests include mind-body behavioral medicine, shamanism, cognitive behavioral therapy, cosmology, and societal social change.  I hold graduate degrees in English, educational and school psychology, including a Doctor of Psychology degree in school psychology.  I have 17 years of experience in the mental health field and 24 years in public and private schools as a school psychologist, with 43 years of experience in the human services field.   My hobbies include hiking, photography, and fitness training.

In the above photograph, I am enjoying the summit of Mt. Elbert, Leadville, Colorado, second highest peak in the United States in the lower 48 states.
