A core objective of Direct Action Great Turning is to parle online initiatives into functioning businesses established as socialist cooperative supported in a community of people with like values who have the understanding that life is so much more than profit motives.  Current societal trends to establish “the Great Reset” have radically different objectives; and by people coming together in such cooperatives, it will give them opportunities to escape these often coercive trends.  Where possible, intentional communities based in a physical location or virtually using computers will be used to support such cooperatives.  “The Great Reset” as it is being pursued by world leaders is very cooersive in that the establishment of digital identities is a cornerstone of this Great Reset, and there currently is a push to establish such identities through vaccine passports, the need for which is gaining impetus through vaccine mandates and social restrictions.

The hope is that such cooperatives can help drain off economic support for such coercive systems, while building economic support for systems which support personal freedom and wellness.  Such cooperatives may or may not be built around such initiatives as journalistic enterprises, Web publishing and curricula for home schooling, carbon negative building construction based on bio ceramics/hempcrete, mind-body psychotherapy and sports psychology initiatives, and other initiatives.
